Come celebrate the season with a classic carriage ride at Magnolia Hill and warm holiday memories with a mug of cocoa around our lakeside bonfire. Once you are snugly tucked under blankets, Delilah, our majestic English Suffolk Draft horse pulls the carriage through the woods where magnificent trees around the lake shadow the night. The authentic light of hurricane lanterns offers a soft glow through the trees for our driver who is sometimes accompanied by Maggie, our friendly canine companion. The 30-minute ride is perfect to share with someone you love. You hear the sound of sleigh bells and the horses’ hooves as you ride through the woods and over the wooden Spring Creek Bridge.
End your evening at Magnolia Hill lingering around the bonfire in the wood smoked perfumed cold night air. After your carriage ride, warm up by the fire with a mug of warm hot chocolate and marshmallows for toasting.
Even though our lakeside carriage ride is fun for the whole family, we offer a romantic 2-person carriage ride. After all, what is more romantic than cuddling under a warm blanket while being whisked through the woods around the lake? Enjoy a quiet moment together and find yourself in love—a perfect setting for a first date or a one-of-a-kind proposal that will be remembered forever.
Blankets will be provided, but dress for the weather.

48-hour cancellation policy.
Arrive 15 minutes early to sign in and visit with the horses. We want you to fully enjoy your ride. We ask that you help us remain on schedule (and give our horses time to rest) by arriving on time for your holiday tour. If you arrive late we will work with you to assure you have a wonderful experience but your ride may have to be shortened so that we can stay on schedule.
